Transcend Ambassadors will be singing at noon at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine on March 29th, for a Trans Day of Joy Service, so if you'd like to hear a sneak peek of how we're sounding before our June concert, come by!

C4 is collaborating with Brooklyn Youth Chorus this season on a science/math themed concert! I'll be singing my first ever solo in quarter tones (or at least on-purpose quarter tones!) Join us for an interactive concert experience featuring an installation co-created by Unheard-of, our CCI participants, and special guest Pamela Martinez exploring San Antonio nature at Evergreen Garden Center, a community staple since 1997 featuring an original glass greenhouse built in 1940. The performance combines solo works, electronics, and group participation pieces featuring both the ensemble and participants. We also feature an interactive plant sound sculpture by Pamela Martinez. As one of the composers in residence at Unheard-of Ensemble’s CCI / San Antonio workshop, Unheard-of will be premiering my piece (a guided improvisation and meditation) Making Past With My Love Is Oddly Reminiscent of Making Tomato Sandwiches With My Mother. You can reserve a ticket here.
